ATTENTION UK CUSTOMERS: As Royal Mail has announced strikes until December 2022 and cannot be sure how long packages will take for delivery or if they can be delivered at all, we have had to suspend the DHL Paket shipping service. At the same time we have lowered the express costs for our UK customers at our expense until the strikes are over.
The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exlusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union. (Exception: Switzerland, only parcels, no registered mail / letter)
Please e-mail us if you wish payment on delivery. We charge an additional fee of 6,00 Euro for this service. (only available in germany)
In case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may incur in individual cases for which the Seller is not responsible and which have to be borne by the Client. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). Such
additional costs regarding money transfer may also incur, if the Client carries out the payment from a country outside the European Union, even if delivery is not made in a country outside the European Union.
