The shoes consist of different components that can be replaced and renewed in Trippens own workshop. As an alternative to the fast fashion trend, Trippen offers a long-lasting product.
Environmental considerations and ecologically-friendly production process are equally embedded into Trippenís design process. The use of vegetable-tanned leather and timbers such as alder, poplar and beech are obtained exclusively through European suppliers, and provides for the longevity of each pair of shoes. The proximity of the factory and warehouse in Brandenburg to Trippen`s headquarter and design-workshop in Berlin-Treptow ensures short delivery routest to keep carbon emissions low.
