In case you are not satisfied with your order you can send it back to us within 14 days. We would be grateful if you could send it back shortly after receiving. You can find all legal information on revocation here.

Information for a return:

1. Please remember the revocation in writing via mail before sending back at service@select-mode.de. An informal mail with detailed information about the article (item number, colour, size) is sufficient. Alternatively you can use our withdrawal form on our web page. Please wait for our confirmation before returning.

2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in immaculate condition and with tag, otherwise we cannot take the return back.

3. Please enclose the sent delivery note with the return and mark the items you send back. (Without enclosed note your return can not be assigned for a refund)

4. The buyer has to bear the return cost.

5. Please return the products in an insured parcel (registered mail), marked as return to this address:

6. Only for our swiss customers: Return costs must be borne by the customer. We will send you a return label, otherwise there may be problems and costs at German customs. Costs for a return label €25 per €500 value of goods returned. The costs will be deducted from the reimbursement. We do not accept returns that are sent back without our return label.

P.S. We would appreciate it if you could give us some information why you return the articles
(too large / too small / does not fit / I do not like / I do not like the colour ... )


The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exlusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union. (Exception - Goodwill: Switzerland, only packages with a return label issued online by select mode. The customer has to bear the costs for this.)


Exchange

A direct exchange of articles is unfortunately not possible, which is why we ask you to place a new order for the desired article. Please return the item from the first order within the 14-day cancellation period (only possible within the EU + Switzerland). After receipt, we will refund you the purchase amount within a few days.
