VON RAUTEN combines exceptional design, high-quality materials and thoughtful functionality. The bags are designed by Imme Vogel, a product designer and devoted bag lover. You can see and feel it immediately.

Patented material processing techniques give the bags their unmistakable character. To create the sculptural 3D diamond structure, every piece of leather is individually embossed by hand using specially made moulds. This allows the leather surface to remain stitch-free, soft and flexible.

Distinctive surfaces, a surprising amount of storage space and details that do not merely look beautiful, but serve a genuine purpose, set these bags apart. Depending on the model, these include straps of different lengths, removable inner compartments and particularly carefully selected hardware.

VON RAUTEN is known for geometric, almost architectural designs. Imme Vogel has received both the Red Dot Design Award and the German Design Award for her bags.

Our selection also includes bags by DEAD APE, the younger label from the VON RAUTEN family. Among them is the JACKFRUIT BAG. Its name already hints at a sense of playfulness, but it is the bag’s striking shape and characteristic external seams that truly show that exceptional bag design is allowed to be fun.
